TSG Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
All summer camps require a minimum enrollment; you will be notified at least one week prior to the start date in the event the camp must be cancelled due to inadequate enrollment. Registration fees are fully refundable when the program is cancelled by TSG Academies. Otherwise, registration fees are refundable as follows:
A. Cancellations received in writing at least five days prior to the start date will be entitled to a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee per camper.
B. Cancellations received on or after the commencement of the TSG program will only be entitled to a full refund (less the applicable cancellation fee per program) if the camper's spot can be filled.
C. There will be no refunds if cancellation takes place after the camp starts or if a camper is temporarily or permanently suspended from the camp due to disciplinary action.
D. Full/prorated refunds will be provided in the event of a verified medical/hardship situation.
